One-Lift Progression Fix · £19 one-off
Stop changing programmes because one lift stalled.
Keep the programme. Send me the last 4–6 comparable sessions for the lift that has stopped moving. I review what actually happened and tell you what to do for the next four exposures, when the bar goes up, what to do after a miss and when to stop and reassess.
£19 once. No subscription. No new programme. Your review lands by email within two working days of sending the intake.
You probably have enough programmes
The useful question is what changes next.
A programme is easy to follow while the numbers are moving. The difficult bit starts when the spreadsheet still says the same thing and your lift does not.
Buying another programme changes everything at once and often hides the original problem. This review keeps the rest of the plan intact and deals with the one lift that actually needs a decision.
HOLD
When the current load or structure needs another proper attempt.
CHANGE
When load, reps, volume or progression needs to move.
STOP
When four more exposures would just be pretending the same plan still works.
What you get
- A short, plain explanation of where this lift has actually got to
- Four planned exposures with load, sets, reps, and target RIR where it helps
- The progression rule: what has to happen before the bar goes up
- The miss rule: exactly what to do when a target does not happen
- The stop rule: when to stop running this and reassess
What it is not
This is one focused review of one lift, not discounted coaching. It does not include:
- A full training programme or a programme rewrite
- Nutrition coaching
- Rehabilitation, injury assessment or pain diagnosis
- Technique or form-video review
- Weekly check-ins, ongoing adjustments or unlimited messaging
Good fit
Buy this when the problem is local.
- You have 4–6 recent comparable sessions for the same lift and setup
- The lift has genuinely stopped moving rather than having one bad day
- The rest of your training is broadly moving and this looks like one local problem
- You want a decision about what to change next, not another programme to collect
Wrong tool
Do not pay for the wrong problem.
- Several lifts have stalled at once
- Training has been inconsistent enough that there is no useful trend yet
- You keep changing the variation, setup or rep range
- There is new or worsening pain, a loading restriction or unfinished rehabilitation
Not sure whether the lift is actually stalled?
Run the free checks first. If the numbers say the lift is still moving, or there is not enough evidence to call it a plateau yet, they will say so. Keep your £19.
If several lifts have stalled, or the problem looks programme-wide, the broader 45-minute diagnostic is the better buy. If this review shows that you need that wider look, I say so and your £19 comes off it.
The deal
One stalled lift. One clear next step.
You do not need to join a coaching package or throw away the programme you already bought. Send the evidence for one lift and get a bounded progression decision you can run immediately.
This is a training review, not a diagnosis. It cannot assess an injury or judge whether pain is safe. New or worsening pain, a clinician's loading restriction and unfinished rehabilitation need the appropriate clinical advice first.
