For physios & therapists
Your patient's fixed. Now make it stay fixed.
Strength coaching in Neston that's written around your rehab protocol. I work with you, not around you - and your patient leaves with a plan that lasts.
Hand your patient a plan
How the handoff works
Point them at the diagnostic. I do the rest and keep you informed.
The handoff
Four steps, no guesswork
Rehab ends where strength begins. This is the structured bridge between the two.
You clear them for strength work
Your patient is ready to train, but generic gym programmes don't respect the rehab you just did. That's where I come in.
They book a Strength Diagnostic
A £50, 60-minute session: five strength tests, a movement screen, and a training plan written for their injury history.
I come back to you
Before they start, you and I agree the protocol: what's protected, what's loaded, what the red lines are. You stay in the loop the whole way.
You get the results
Loads, ranges, and progress notes when you ask for them. If anything regresses, training stops and the patient goes straight back to you.
Already working together
Helen Griffiths Physiotherapy
I work alongside Helen Griffiths, 13 Parkgate Road, Neston (CH64 9FX, 07539 067441). Her patients get the same message I'd give any returning lifter: strength comes back fastest when it respects the rehab.
Practise anywhere on the Wirral or in Chester - the same handoff applies.
Why it works
For your practice
A no-cost way to give patients a clear next step instead of "just get back to the gym". Their outcome becomes your referral's proof: patients who rebuild strength properly stay discharged.
- Rehab protocol respected, red lines agreed in advance
- Progress notes on request, regressions flagged immediately
- Your patient stays with you for the long term
