My name is James Swift, and my journey into strength wasn't born from athletic prowess. I started as the guy who couldn't climb a flight of stairs without getting winded. Growing up overweight, I knew all too well what it felt like to be limited by my own body.

Every playground game, every flight of stairs became a reminder of my limitations. These physical challenges spiralled into deeper struggles with mental health, creating a cycle that seemed impossible to break.

 

The Turning Point

I got tired of the BS. Instead of jumping on another bandwagon, I decided to understand the fundamentals. I dove into exercise science, nutrition, and human physiology and applied them to my body.

Over the next year and a half, I dropped 60kg, increased all my main lifts by at least 70kg. Not through some miracle program, but through consistent application of the same principles I now teach to hundreds of others.
