I do not sell hope. I sell a process that works when it is followed. This guarantee exists because I am confident in the methodology, and I want you to be confident in the investment.
If you commit to the programme and do not see measurable progress within your first 30 days, I will refund you. The responsibility sits with the method, not with your wallet.
What "Results" Means
Results are specific to your goals. Within your first 30 days, depending on what we are working toward, you should see:
STRENGTH
5-15% increase in main lift numbers. Improved form and technique. Better movement patterns.
MUSCLE GROWTH
Increased muscle measurements. Strength increases in key exercises. Visible improvements in definition.
FAT LOSS
Measurable reduction in body measurements. Visible changes in progress photos. 1-2% body fat reduction depending on starting point.
What I Ask of You
This guarantee requires honest effort and accurate reporting from both sides. To be eligible, you need to demonstrate:

Attendance
Minimum 8 sessions within 30 days (in-person). For online coaching, completion of all prescribed sessions as logged in the app.
Training Compliance
Completed workout logs showing exercises, weight, sets, reps, and progression notes.
Nutrition Compliance
Weekly food diary submissions and weekly check-in responses.
Assessments
Completion of initial assessment, week 2 progress check, and week 4 final assessment, including body measurements.
Cancellations
24-hour notice for any session changes.
This is not a loophole. It is the same level of commitment I ask of every client, regardless of the guarantee.
How to Claim
If you have followed the programme and are not seeing results:
Book a review session with me.
Bring your completed training logs and food diaries.
Complete the final measurements and assessment.
Submit a written notice requesting the guarantee. I will review everything, and if you have held up your end, I will process your refund.
Refund Details
Refunds are processed within 7 business days and returned to your original payment method. The refund covers remaining unused sessions.
Completed sessions, provided nutrition plans and training materials, and your initial assessment fee are not included in the refund.
Terms
This guarantee is valid for new clients only. It cannot be transferred and can only be claimed once. All claims must be based on the measurable metrics agreed at the start of coaching, not subjective feelings about progress. Any falsified records or misrepresented participation will void the guarantee.
These terms may be updated with a written notice. Changes will not affect active guarantees.
This guarantee is not a marketing tactic. It is a statement about how confident I am in the process. I have 8 years of experience applying these principles. They work. But if for any reason they do not work for you despite genuine commitment, you should not pay for that.
