A: Just bring yourself, comfortable workout clothes, and flat soled shoes. All necessary equipment will be provided at The Zone Transformation Studio.

A: While some basic lifting experience is beneficial, the clinic is designed to cater to a range of experience levels. With only 3 participants, I can ensure everyone gets value and progresses safely, regardless of their starting point.
