James helped me to improve my technique and gave me the confidence to be able to work through the training plan to get the most from my sessions. I absolutely love lifting weights and not only am I getting stronger I can see my body shape changing, my measurements are improving and my clothes are fitting me better. Aside from the physical benefits of lifting weights, it gives me a great sense of well-being that helps me stay motivated to keep progressing and achieving. James set the training plan to my specific needs and adjusted it as required so I know that it remains suitable for me. The holistic approach acknowledging aspects including exercise, nutrition, hydration, rest and mental health has helped me to pay attention to all aspects of life. James has a wealth of knowledge and answers all of my questions, some of which are really random
