Yes, online training can be equally effective when you follow the program and communicate regularly with me. I adapt my approach to suit your preferences and lifestyle.

What should I expect during a training session with you?

Each training session is tailored to your specific goals and fitness level. Sessions may include a combination of strength training, cardio, flexibility work, and nutritional guidance, depending on your needs.

 

Can you help me with nutrition and meal planning?

Only Registered Dieticians (RDs) can medically prescribe nutrition plans. Dieticians are degree-qualified professionals who have undergone extensive training.
I can, however;

  • Offer nutritional management strategies, including advice and guidance around calorie quantities in relation to goals and training

  • Advise you on what time you feel is best for you to consume food or drink based on your goals

  • Make recommendations on portion sizing, suggesting the amount and proportions of key vitamins and minerals within a plan

  • Help you with the food selection process, providing healthier alternatives to foods in their existing diet to help facilitate your goals

  • Suggest supplements to aid and support physical performance exclusively in association with training 

  • Demonstrate or give advice on how best to prepare meals

  • Educate you, providing tips, guidance and recommendations on the benefits of healthy eating as well as informing you on how vitamins operate

  • Share scientifically backed resources with you from accredited sources

 

Do I need to have a gym membership for in-person training with you?

While having a gym membership can be beneficial, it's not always necessary. I can design workouts that can be done at home or in a gym, depending on your preferences and access.

 

How long does it typically take to see results with your personal training?

The time to see results varies from person to person and depends on factors like consistency, effort, and your specific goals. I will work with you to set realistic expectations and milestones, working together I expect you to gain great results within 12 weeks which is my minimum term.

 

What qualifications do you have as a personal trainer?

I am a level 2/3 certified fitness professional with 6 years in the fitness industry. I am dedicated to continuing education to stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques.

I use various methods to track progress, including measurements, body composition analysis, fitness assessments, and regular goal setting. I will keep you informed about your progress.
