A 30-minute video call where I review your current lifts, go through your lifestyle and nutrition, and assess whether my coaching is the right fit for your goals. This is not a sales pitch. I need to understand where you are and how you train before I build anything. If you sign up for coaching, the £20 is credited against your first month.
